If Sauron was a communist, he would have wanted to create a system where all resources and power were evenly distributed among the masses. He would have viewed the One Ring as a tool of oppression and greed, and would have sought to destroy it rather than use it to gain complete control. Sauron would have believed in the collective strength of the people and would have been against individualism. His goal would have been to create a utopian society where everyone was equal and shared the same ideals. However, it's hard to imagine a communist Sauron being as power-hungry and aggressive as the original character. The One Ring, rather than symbolizing absolute power and control, would represent the collective ownership and control of resources and means of production. The Fellowship of the Ring could be seen as a group of capitalists attempting to maintain their power over the proletariat, with Sauron leading the revolution to overthrow their oppressive system.
